Swimming Fun

I was invited to accompany the grandchildren to swim in Uncle Walter and Aunt B.'s pool.
We arrived late Monday afternoon.

The silent shark swam near the pirate ship looking for
small boy toes and smaller girl toes to nibble.

Tuesday was a beautiful day to be in the pool.

Wednesday morning, a steady rain fell.

The children played inside building 'seats' with the chair cushions.

We took a drive down 'memory lane' before stopping for a Mexican lunch.
This is the new Isham Memorial School.
I attended the old Isham School; grades three through nine.

My paternal grandparents' house.
It seemed so big back then.

Swimming Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday morning, the children decided to go fishing.
Uncle Walter taught K.K. how to cast

and then it was Noah's turn to learn.

Their mother, watching her children practice casting.

And where was not-so-little Miss El?
She got to play in the pool all morning with Grandma.
Oh, and we took a break to play wii.

We would take breaks to play the board game Clue.
Here we are with our special hats - nothing to do with the
game of Clue.

Thank you Uncle Walter and Aunt B. for letting us bring a little chaos
into your lives. Thank you for the swimming/fishing adventures.
Thank you for all the wonderful meals...
