Parade honors Chevrolet's 100th Year

The Chevrolet was featured at the 57th annual Antique and Classic car parade, celebrating the 100th birthday of the Chevrolet Motor Car Company.
The cars were displayed at the Fairfield Crossings plaza.
In spite of the heat, many people stopped to look.
About 300 cars were displayed.
Sears was giving away free ice water and hot dogs... silly us! We had already eaten!
Seven Mile Fire Department truck and a Diamond T.
A Citroen and an Auburn (an 'action' photo).
The car I thought I couldn't live without, but did. I did have a silver 1988 Fiero for awhile.

Congratulations to Cadel Evans, the first Australian to win the Tour de France. Evans rode for the American Team BMC.
Tomorrow the Tour ends in Paris. Go to nbcsports.com/cycling for highlights of the Tour.
