Looking for Spring

I took a walk out back to look for signs of Spring.

The snow flowers have poked their heads above the soil.

We have had 2 1/2 inches of rain in February so far, twice the normal amount, with more rain in tomorrow's forcast. (February's total rainfall was 5 3/4", normal is 2 3/4".)
Can you identify the foot prints?

The daffodils are beginning to come up. And I found another antler!
No, Leon, this antler is mine.
I, too, have grandchildren! :-)

Projects...
I had an assignment that involved a Brownie vest and a handful of badges.
Never mind that the owner of the vest was busy earning yet another 'Thinking' badge while I was busy sewing on the others!

We are not sure why it is called the 'Thinking' badge.

Each troop is assigned a country. The troops met at an area high school where they sold items and had their passports stamped as they traveled from country to country.

K.K.'s country was Spain. Her troop made small and large fans which they sold for 25 cents and 50 cents.

Here is the Spanish lady dressed and ready for the adventures that await her.

What a pretty shawl you have, Senorita!

Comments:
The Spanish Lady looks magnifique! I guess that isn't Spanish, but I didn't take Spanish.

I have two purple hibiscus blooms showing, and quite a few aren't showing as yet. I have 4 daffodils just budding open, WOW! I just got some bone meal today at Walmart to put on the new growths.

SPRING is coming! 72 here today
