Camden Black Walnut Festival

We took a road trip to the Black Walnut Festival in Camden.
The most interesting thing there, other than the people, was the chain saw carver.
He started with a log of red cedar.
Here are a couple of other creations.
Fun, aren't they?

We talked with some friends who had bicycled up to the festival.

Ray and Pat had ridden on their tandem. Mark was the ride leader. Their round trip was 65 miles. With lunch at the festival.

The feature 'treat' was hand cranked black walnut ice cream.

No, Ray! This is my ice cream. You already ate yours!

Comments:
I posted something on here just after lunch, but it didn't get on.
I bet the hand-cranked black walnut ice cream was delicious!
Hope this gets to you this time.
