Happy Thanksgiving!

The children brought the place mats they had made in school; the tasty turkey, sweet potatoes and the obligatory green bean casserole are ready.
There were two kinds of stuffing (one with oysters), mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed peas, cole slaw, Waldorf salad, and cranberry sauce.
Desserts included home-made pumpkin and apple pies, my contributions.
You better be wearing your 'little turkey' outfit, Miss Ellie! Mommy had to stuff your feet in!
Way to grow, Miss Ellie!

After stuffing ourselves with all the tasty food, we walked with the children to a local school playground. (Me, without my camera!)
Even though there was some complaining of being thirsty on the way home, everyone walked the whole way! That was a first for the youngest member!
He was proud that he had walked the whole way!

After a piece of pie and a drink, the children and the Grandmas built with the Lincoln logs. Noah built a road for his cars, and K.K. learned how to put windows and doors in her building.
Check out that fantastic road for the cars!

Happy Thanksgiving to You!

The mower is off, the leaf rake put away and time for the 'snow' blade.
