Birthday Festivities

Scooby-do match box cars and blocks: what could be a better present for the Birthday Boy?





"What's all the fuss?


I'm supposed to be the center of attention!" so says little Miss 'El.'


(Notice how nicely little Miss 'El' is starting to fill out her newborn outfit! Way to grow, little Miss 'El!')




K.K. likes the blocks!
The Birthday Boy was putting on his Spider-Man suit (Check out the muscles!), then decided he had too much 'help.' He retreated to his room to put it on in private.
He presented himself as Spider-Man! Isn't he awesome?
The Birthday Boy and K.K. eating in the sun on the deck were joined by Morgan and the Grandmas. The sun was warm, but the wind had a definite chill in it!
The Birthday Boy and K.K. bobbing for apples while David and Morgan waited their turn. On her third try, K.K. took a big breath and pushed the apple all the way to the bottom so she could get a bite of it. And got soaking wet in the process! She was all proud of herself!
"I can't believe I did it!"
A pirate cake for the Birthday Boy...how cool is that?
Later, most of us went outside to roast marshmallows to make s'mores. Mmmmm, mmmmm!
"That's more like it!"
What a super-de-duper fourth birthday party!
