Cicadas, storms and heat...

And, I didn't have to look hard to find them. The 'bug lady' would be in her glory - except that she has many cicadas of her own...
On my bike ride early this morning, I saw two trees that had been blown down by last night's storm. One tree fell on the west side of a house, doing what looked like minimal damage; the other tree fell across a drive, being a nuisance to the resident more than doing any damage.
Reminded me of a storm in Wadsworth not too many years ago...
We now have 10.85 inches above the normal amount of rain!
