The Deer

The deer were out Saturday, gamboling in the warm sun. We saw five deer altogether: at least two were bucks.
The high temperature was in the low teens. Thirty years ago, at this time of the year, the temperatures were in the negatives (minus 25) for so long that the Ohio River froze!
