Brookville Tractor Show

23rd Annual Great Franklin County (Indiana)
Antique Machinery Show

The featured tractor was the Oliver.

Hart Parr came before the Oliver brand.

An International 300.
This is the tractor that runs John's back hoe.

Keep it real.
Keep it red.
Keep it IH.

There was a whole section of steam tractors.
This particular steam engine (Case) was operating the saw mill.

Where in the world (Ohio) is Swanton?

This steam engine was operating the machine that makes hay bales.

This eight plow outfit was pulled by steam.

This is the summer kitchen that would prepare lunch/dinner for the farmers.
A couple of ladies had food cooking - smelled like green beans to me.
There were a couple of pies.

The laundry room had its own small structure.

A 1944 John Deere.

Some day, I'd like to use the remainder of my fabric to make Linus quilts.
I rather liked these patterns.

This is another interesting use of fabric.

We had a sunny warm day for wandering around. Temperatures moving from the high 50's/low 60's up through the low 70's. The sun felt warm. A few tractors had left; there were plenty of activities and items for sale.
